Neutral Building Zone

This is an area in camp that has buildings that aren't related to the cabins, like the Arena and the Mess Hall. The Forges aren't part of it, as are many others, because they relate to the cabins, like the forges relate to Hephaestus' Cabin. In a nutshell, these places cannot be built on and are not related to any cabin.
